Public Hearing: CITY OF HACKENSACKPUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hackensack City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. at the Hackensack Community Center, located at 310 Lake Avenue East, Hackensack, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to: Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2025-1, an ordinance regulating the operation of cannabis businesses within the City of Hackensack. Receive public input regarding a proposed water use rate increase. All interested persons are encouraged to attend and provide comments.
