NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hackensack City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Hackensack Community Center, 310 Lake Ave E, Hackensack, Minnesota, to consider the vacation of certain portions of public roadways, alleys, and streets located within or abutting the properties identified as Parcel ID Nos.:

89-337-0120, 89-337-0110, 89-337-0150, 89-019-1219, 89-019-1220, 89-019-1216, and 89-019-1217.

The proposed vacation includes portions of public roadways, alleys, and streets, whether platted or created pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 160.05, lying within or abutting the property described in Exhibit A to City Resolution No. 2026-16, excluding State Highway 371 and Third Street.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding whether the proposed vacation is in the public interest. The City Council will consider all comments and evidence presented before determining whether to proceed with a final vacation resolution.…
