Hackensack City Council will be having a planning session Monday, December 5th, 5 pm at the Hackensack Community Center.
City Council Vacancy: Notice of Vacancy on the Hackensack City Council The City Council is accepting letters of interest to fill a Councilmember vacancy. The City Council by a majority vote of all its remaining members shall appoint a qualified person to fill the vacancy until the next regular municipal election in November 2026. Letters of interest are being accepted through February 13, 2025, from qualified citizens of the City of Hackensack. Please submit it by 4:00 pm on February 13, 2025, to 208 First Street N, Hackensack, MN 56452, Attn: City Clerk or email to [email protected]. City Council qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Must be eligible to vote in Minnesota Must be a resident of the City for a minimum of six (6) months Must not hold any compensated elected governmental office Must not have been convicted of a felony Must not be employed by the City of Hackensack
