City of Hackensack Receives Community Impact Funding Grant

The City of Hackensack has just received notice that Sourcewell has selected us for our $50,000 renewal project through the Community Impact Funding Grant! This grant will be used to update the city’s technology and safety measures, improve efficiency in city departments, and enhance safety in city hall, streets, and the Community Building.

These were the stipulations for the application to qualify for this grant.

1. Request between $20,000 and $50,000.
2. Be impactful within your community, including improvements to existing local government facilities and equipment needs, or provide technology upgrades required for performing the applicant’s government function.

**Because of the basic needs of our communities, such as building repairs/remodels, maintenance equipment, and office technology, we will not be accepting applications for projects such as pickleball courts, splash pads, baseball fields, park improvements, etc.
