NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Hackensack, Cass County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing to consider a petition for the vacation of Sievers Road.

Location: Hackensack Community Center, 310 Lake Ave E, Hackensack, MN
Sievers Road within the plat of Sievers Acres Addition to Hackensack, Cass County, Minnesota, said plat recorded in the Cass County Records Office as Plat Doc. No. A000238222, in the City of Hackensack, Cass County, Minnesota.
The proposed vacation may result in the reversion of the vacated property to abutting landowners, subject to existing easements and utility rights. A complete legal description is on file with the City Clerk and available for public inspection.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider whether the described Sievers Road is no longer needed for public use and whether it is in the public interest to vacate said roadway.
All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk prior to the hearing.
