June 12, 2023 Meeting Time Change: Monday, June 12, 2023, the meeting of the Hackensack City Council will not be held as scheduled. Instead, the Regular City Council Meeting will be held at 5 pm on Monday, June 12, 2023, at the Hackensack Community Center. This meeting will be opened and immediately closed for consideration of disciplinary action of employment and then reopened upon its completion. The public is welcome to attend the open portion of the meeting.
The City of Hackensack recently conducted a water and sewer rate study to ensure that the city is collecting enough fees to effectively distribute water and sewer services to its residents. The City Council will review this rate study at the upcoming planning session on January 23, 2023, at 5 pm at the Hackensack Community Center. The council would like to invite all residents to attend this meeting.
